Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in specialized nursing units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on care plans
- Adhere to hospital protocols and regulatory standards
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado
- BSN degree or equivalent experience
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments
- EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
- Valid DEA license for controlled substances
