Responsibilities
- Assess patient health conditions by gathering information, listening, and observing.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and response to treatments, adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate, detailed medical records and documentation.
- Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and health management.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Computer proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
