Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs continuously.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with medical orders.
- Document patient medical histories, symptoms, and care plans accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to develop patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and preventative care.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical care situations.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff at all times.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered RN license in the State of Florida.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to lift and move patients as necessary (up to 50 lbs).
