Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs continuously.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with medical protocols and state regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust patient care plans.
- Document patient history, symptoms, treatment responses, and progress accurately and timely.
- Provide emotional support, education, and resources to patients and their families.
- Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies within the facility.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centric care.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
