Job Summary:
We are currently accepting applications for Registered Nurses to support our busy medical units. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care, monitoring patient health, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of medical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs continuously.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, following all safety protocols.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs.
- Document patient history, symptoms, progress, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate optimal patient care.
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and home care instructions.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and assist in code blue or trauma responses when required.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in the State of Arizona.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred (New graduates with strong externships may be considered).
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing patient needs.
