What You Will Do
As a Registered Nurse at our Oklahoma City facility, you will play a critical role in patient recovery and comfort. You will work closely with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor vital signs and report significant changes to physicians.
- Administer medications, treatments, and intravenous (IV) therapy as prescribed.
- Document patient care activities, medical history, and response to treatment accurately.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding discharge planning and home care.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment in accordance with safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and staff.
- Computer literacy and experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and demonstrate critical thinking skills.
