Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with medical orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and health status, alerting physicians and staff to any changes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust individualized patient care plans.
- Document patient care activities, clinical notes, and outcomes accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hospital environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems and Electronic Health Records (EHR).
