Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation and electronic health records (EHR).
- Provide patient education and support to families regarding diagnoses and care procedures.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and utilize critical thinking to resolve clinical issues.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, infection control standards, and HIPAA compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting (preferred for remote roles).
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is required.
- Strong computer proficiency with EHR systems and electronic documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
