Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs, history, and strengths to develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient vital signs and clinical status, performing rapid response interventions when necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and seamless patient care.
- Document patient care activities, updates, and changes in condition accurately and timely.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for all patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience (new graduates with exceptional skills will be considered).
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
