Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor health status to identify changes in condition.
- Care Implementation: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and charts.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Emergency Response: Assist in emergency response situations and stabilize patients as needed.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and families on treatment plans and disease prevention.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida.
- Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Compassion: Demonstrated ability to provide empathetic patient care.
