Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including assessment, treatment, and medication administration
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and document medical records accurately and timely
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment procedures
- Maintain strict compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the State of Ohio
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
