Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient health status, identifying changes in condition, and intervening appropriately.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and disease management.
- Document all patient interactions, assessments, and care provided in the electronic health record.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
