Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with evidence-based nursing standards and protocols
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions using advanced clinical judgment
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions and discharge planning
- Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols in all procedures
- Maintain accurate electronic health records with timely documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and emergency response protocols
Qualifications
- Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; TNCC or PALS preferred
- Strong critical thinking and rapid assessment abilities
- Excellent communication skills for multidisciplinary collaboration
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced emergency and routine care scenarios
