Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in assigned clinical areas with precision and compassion
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge protocols
- Adhere to all JCAHO and hospital safety standards
- Respond efficiently to emergency situations and code calls
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington State
- BSN degree (ADN with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- 2+ years acute care nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Experience with Epic EMR preferred
