Responsibilities
- <li>Perform patient intake, vitals collection, and medical history reviews with high accuracy.</li><li>Assist providers during examinations and procedures as directed.</li><li>Manage and maintain electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation.</li><li>Prepare and administer medications and injections under provider supervision.</li><li>Coordinate patient scheduling, handle incoming calls, and manage patient inquiries professionally.</li><li>Maintain a sterile, clean, and organized clinical environment.</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality protocols.</li>
Qualifications
- <li>Certification as a CMA, RMA, or MA preferred (or currently enrolled in an accredited program).</li><li>Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.</li><li>Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in a physician office or clinic setting preferred.</li><li>Strong computer literacy and proficiency with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, AthenaHealth).</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction.</li><li>Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.</li>
