Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in condition immediately to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and discharge plans.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred (new graduates with BSN may be considered).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Commitment to patient safety and quality of care standards.
