Job Summary:

Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs and develop appropriate care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and according to hospital protocols.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient condition immediately to the charge nurse or physician.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and recovery.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and care provided.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
