Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessment and care coordination during weekend shifts
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while maintaining accurate documentation

Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license with no disciplinary actions
- BSN preferred; ADN candidates with 3+ years' experience considered
- Minimum 2 years of acute care or specialty nursing experience
- BLS/ACLS certification required; PALS preferred
- Proven ability to work independently in weekend coverage scenarios
- Electronic health record proficiency (Epic/Cerner)
- Strong communication and critical decision-making skills
