Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs and develop individualized plans of care.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with established protocols.
- Monitor patient conditions continuously and respond promptly to emergencies.
- Document patient care accurately and communicate updates to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other team members.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Current RN License in the state of Illinois required.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations as needed.
- NICU or Med-Surg experience is a plus.
