Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and comprehensive assessment of health needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vitals and report changes in condition immediately.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and critical situations.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations.
