Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in accordance with facility standards and nursing protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and medical conditions, responding swiftly to any changes or emergencies.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and nursing leadership.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, medications, and care provided.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment by adhering to all infection control and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-paced team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently during weekend shifts.
