Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs continuously.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders.
- Document patient care records accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical situations.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
- Ensure strict compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Active RN License in the State of Arizona required.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required.
- ACLS Certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
