Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and assessment upon admission and throughout the shift.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop individualized care plans.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnosis and discharge planning.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Oklahoma.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
