Heartland Health Systems is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our elite weekend shift team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care to assigned units, focusing on weekend shifts.
- Monitor patient health status, administer medications, and document care accurately in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and initiate appropriate interventions.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health maintenance.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment in accordance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Oklahoma.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred, especially in a hospital setting.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays as needed.
