Responsibilities
- Provide direct, high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with hospital protocols and physician orders.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic medical records (EMR).
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to any changes in condition.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in the state of Arizona.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred (New grads with strong clinical rotations welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
