Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs continuously.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Document patient history, symptoms, and responses accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of patient rooms and medical equipment.
- Respond immediately to medical emergencies and patient alerts.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to families.
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
