Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Utilize remote monitoring systems for virtual patient assessments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols
- Document patient records accurately and timely
- Respond to emergency situations with clinical expertise
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all digital interactions
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (required)
- BSN or higher preferred
- 2+ years acute care experience
- Weekend shift availability essential
- Telehealth/remote monitoring experience a plus
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication abilities
