Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams via virtual platforms
- Document patient encounters accurately in EHR systems

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee
- Minimum 2 years acute care or telehealth experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency with Epic or similar EHR platforms
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun shifts)
- BSN preferred, ADN accepted with relevant experience
