Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun) in our modern Indianapolis facility
- Utilize telehealth platforms for remote patient monitoring and virtual consultations
- Administer medications and treatments with precision using our digital health records system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams via secure remote communication channels
- Maintain accurate electronic health records during both on-site and remote work periods
- Participate in weekend rapid response teams for emergency situations
- Mentor new nurses through our virtual onboarding program
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Indiana (or compact license)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience with weekend shift preference
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms (e.g., Teladoc, Amwell)
- Experience with Epic EHR system preferred
- Strong critical thinking skills for remote decision-making
- Ability to work independently during remote shifts
- Flexibility to adapt to hybrid work environment requirements
