Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care in accordance with established medical standards.
- Monitor patient health and administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic medical records (EMR).
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and critical situations.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating shift schedule.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and protocols.
