Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations.
- Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications safely and accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Adhere to all hospital protocols, safety regulations, and JCAHO standards.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Oregon.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
