Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and promptly report any changes in condition to the charge nurse.
- Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic patient outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for all patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred, new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to patient safety.
