Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care during weekend shifts in clinical or remote settings
- Accurately document patient assessments and medical records using EMR systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Provide telehealth consultations for remote patients as assigned
- Monitor patient progress and respond to critical changes in condition
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital protocols
- Participate in weekend shift handovers and team briefings
Qualifications
- Current Washington State RN license required
- BSN or Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (must be current)
- Experience with telehealth platforms and remote patient monitoring
- Strong proficiency in EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Ability to work independently and adapt to flexible schedules
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
