Responsibilities
- Monitor patient health status and administer medications/treatments as prescribed.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and document accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality care.
- Provide direct patient care and emotional support to patients and families.
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies and patient needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations.
- Valid state ID and proof of US work authorization.
