Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute care settings with precision and compassion
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with meticulous attention to detail
- Document patient assessments and care plans using electronic health records (EHR)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care strategies
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge plans
- Adhere to all JCAHO, OSHA, and facility-specific protocols
Qualifications
- Active Oregon RN license in good standing
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- ACLS/BLS certifications required; PALS preferred
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience in relevant specialty
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EPIC preferred)
