Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care and monitor patient vital signs continuously.
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed by physicians and licensed providers.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately and promptly in electronic health records.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and medication management.
- Assist in triage and emergency response situations to ensure patient safety.
Qualifications
- Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California (CA RN License).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or medical setting (preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
