Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care by assessing patient needs, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document patient information accurately and update medical records in a timely manner.
- Administer treatments and therapies as prescribed by physicians and according to hospital protocols.
- Educate patients and families regarding health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide critical care support when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State of Nebraska.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment.
- Computer proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
