Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care via telehealth and virtual monitoring systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Utilize our proprietary RN Connect platform for remote patient assessments and interventions
- Maintain accurate electronic health records while adhering to HIPAA compliance standards
- Participate in virtual case conferences and quality improvement initiatives
- Provide clinical guidance to nursing staff through our remote mentoring program
- Respond to patient inquiries and critical alerts through our 24/7 virtual command center
Qualifications
- Active DC Registered Nurse license with no disciplinary actions
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience with telehealth exposure
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (Advanced Life Support preferred)
- Proficiency in EHR systems and virtual care technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for remote patient interactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision
