Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care across med-surg, telemetry, and ICU units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Document patient records with precision in Epic EHR systems
- Mentor new nursing staff through our residency program
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and state regulations

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (compact license accepted)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- BSN preferred (ADN candidates with 5+ years experience considered)
- Experience with Epic EMR systems
- Spanish bilingual skills highly valued
