Responsibilities
- Monitor patient health and administer medications/treatments as prescribed.
- Assess patient conditions, record vital signs, and update medical charts.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to develop treatment plans.
- Respond quickly and effectively to medical emergencies and critical situations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and wellness.
Qualifications
- Valid RN License issued by the State of Texas.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
