Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with clinical protocols and standards
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient assessments and progress in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge procedures

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Indiana (or compact state eligibility)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in hospital or clinical setting
- BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred

- Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
