Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with established safety protocols.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond immediately to any changes in clinical status.
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently in electronic health records (EHR).
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, disease prevention, and self-care.
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to all regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (New graduates encouraged to apply).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and clinical decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare setting.
