Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging CNA curriculum content via remote learning management systems (LMS).
- Conduct virtual lectures, labs, and simulations to teach essential nursing skills.
- Mentor and evaluate students, providing constructive feedback to ensure competency.
- Utilize telehealth and remote monitoring tools to demonstrate modern care techniques.
- Stay current with Oregon Board of Nursing standards and update training materials accordingly.
- Provide technical assistance to students navigating the remote education platform.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process for new students.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing (Oregon or Compact State).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical nursing or patient care.
- Experience in teaching, training, or mentorship is highly preferred.
- Proficient with video conferencing software (Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and remote learning tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills for a remote work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
