Responsibilities
- Complete virtual CNA training modules on HIPAA compliance, patient care protocols, and electronic health records
- Participate in supervised virtual patient simulations and care coordination exercisesDocument patient information accurately in telehealth platforms
- Collaborate with RNs via telehealth to assess patient needs
- Adhere to OSHA and state healthcare regulations
- Complete administrative tasks related to patient care plans
- Participate in weekly virtual team meetings and training updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- No prior healthcare experience required
- Proficient with basic computer technology and video conferencing
