Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized virtual companionship and emotional support via video calls
- Monitor client well-being through digital health tracking and regular check-ins
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and family members for seamless care
- Assist with medication reminders and telehealth appointments
- Provide in-home support during scheduled visits (2-3 days/week)
- Maintain detailed digital care records and documentation
- Respond promptly to client emergencies and concerns
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) preferred
- Reliable internet connection and tech-savvy with digital platforms
- Valid driver's license and insured vehicle for home visits
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and empathy skills
- Ability to pass thorough background check and drug screening
