Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care (bathing, meal prep, medication reminders)
- Monitor vital signs and document health changes via our remote portal
- Coordinate telehealth appointments and medical communications
- Assist with mobility transfers and adaptive equipment use
- Transport clients to essential appointments (mileage reimbursed)
- Implement personalized care plans with remote oversight

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
