Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized care plans via remote monitoring and in-home visits
- Coordinate with medical professionals and family members using our digital platform
- Assist clients with daily activities including meal prep and medication management
- Provide companionship and emotional support during virtual and in-person interactions
- Monitor health vitals and document changes in our secure care portal
- Transport clients to appointments using company-provided vehicle
- Implement safety protocols for home environments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
