Responsibilities
- Provide virtual companionship and emotional support to senior clients
- Monitor client health status via telehealth platforms and report changes
- Assist with medication reminders and health documentation
- Coordinate in-person care with local providers when needed
- Facilitate virtual social activities and mental wellness sessions
- Complete detailed care plans and progress reports
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all digital communications
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional caregiving experience
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) preferred
- Proficiency with telehealth software (Zoom, Doxy.me)
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Indiana caregiver license (if applicable)
