Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate in-home care including personal hygiene assistance, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Coordinate virtual care sessions using our telehealth platform for remote monitoring and family updates
- Maintain detailed electronic health records and care documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Transport clients to medical appointments and community activities using personal vehicle
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals
- Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance client wellbeing and independence
- Respond to emergencies following established protocols and alert family members/medical teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or relevant healthcare certification
- Valid Georgia driver's license with clean driving record and reliable transportation
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems
- Excellent communication skills for virtual and in-person interactions
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical care tasks
- Clear background check and drug screening required
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
