Responsibilities
- Provide in-home personal care (bathing, dressing, meal preparation)
- Monitor client vitals and medication schedules via remote platforms
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Document care activities using our HIPAA-compliant mobile app
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and family members
- Perform light housekeeping and errand assistance
- Implement individualized care plans with remote oversight
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Indiana driver's license and reliable vehicle
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with telehealth monitoring technology
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
